Planetary gearboxes for model airplanes, cars, ships and medical devices

Planetary gearboxes are often used where we require a consistent speed with the drive unit, a large torque, and a reduction in the speed of the drive unit in order to increase the efficiency of the given drive, therefore they are popularly used by modelers of all categories.

That is why we have developed a whole range of these drives from 30 W for indoor flying up to 7.5 kW contra drive for models over 20 kg, which are verified by top and recreational modelers, some admitted that after 5 years they had not dismantled the gearbox and they didn’t even lubricate it, which indicates that the materials used must be of top quality, even with regard to the heat treatment of the given materials.

For a long time, we have been practicing lubrication of gearboxes with gearbox shafts even with countershafts, where the propeller shaft is longer than 120 mm and the lubrication hole is 1.2 – 1.5 mm, which requires the appropriate technology to produce it. Even these relatively simple little things save modelers time and sometimes unpleasant work.
